These Terms of Service govern the use of Content Bot ("the App"), a private automation tool operated by Maksymilian Owoc, sole proprietor of Maksymilian Owoc English Maxxing Academy, based in Poland.

1. Purpose of the App

The App is an internal, single-account content scheduling and publishing tool used exclusively to manage and publish content on social media accounts owned and operated by us. It is not offered to the public.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By configuring or operating the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Use of Third-Party Platforms

The App connects to third-party platforms (including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube) using their official APIs, solely to publish content to accounts we own and control.

4. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
